The processing plant of Conservas Chiguiri has several advantages that constitute key and differentiating aspects in the business. Here are the most important ones:

• The location of the plant (Tecnoparque Internacional - Ciudad del Saber), which guarantees a hygienic environment, free of industrial or urban contaminants.

• The Infrastructure

The detailed study of the design of the plant with its respective diagram of the process and its current equipment make this infrastructure the appropriate place for the high volume handling of fresh and/or processed products.

• Studies and manuals

We have several detailed manuals and studies prepared specifically for the plant. Here are some of them:

• Study of Risk to the Health and the Environment

• Manual of Good Manufacturing Practices

• SSOP Program (Program of Standard Sanitation Operational Procedures)

• Manual of General Principles for the Hygiene and Cleaning of the Plant (for the training of the plant's personnel)
