1 Cup of Panama Gourmet's Pixbae cut in small squares
2 Garlic cloves
¼ Cup of white wine
½ Packet of Fish broth
1 pinch of Sweet Basil
Cultivated cream
Chopped Parsley or Chive
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
Prepare the sauce: Sautee in butter the onions, the pixbae and the garlic. Add the white wine and the fish broth. Ad the cream and blend. Season with salt pepper and the sweet basil. Grill the fillets and serve over the prepared pixbae sauce. Splash some chopped parsley or chives.
